CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 2, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING ON UNDERWOOD ROAD ADJACENT TO #452 CHANDLER STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Tuckerman Street, East side, from a point 93' North of Institute Road to Institute Road "15 Minute Parking 8am-6pm" the following new provision: Underwood Road, Northwest side, from a point 20' Southwest of Chandler Street to a point 45' Southwest of Chandler Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles" A Copy.
