CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER FIVE SECTION TWENTY-SIX OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 RELATIVE TO SEWER USER CHARGE (FY 2027) Be It Ordained by the city council of the city of Worcester as follows: 1. Chapter 5, § 26 of the Revised Ordinances, as most recently amended, is hereby further amended by deleting in paragraph (g) thereof, the rate for "Basic Rate" and inserting in lieu thereof the new rate as follows.
