CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 45 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE FOR A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE ON A PORTION OF BARCLAY STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 45 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in the Passenger Zone Schedule, thereof, before the provision for: Beacon Street, South easterly side, from a point 283' northwesterly of Ripley Street extending 55' northwesterly, French Baptist Church the following new provision: Barclay Street, East side, from a point 218' north of Dorchester Street to a point 248' north of Dorchester Street PO 1551 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0546649
