CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 46 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO REMOVE THE COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONE IN FRONT OF 237 MILLBURY STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 46 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding in the Commercial Loading Zone Schedule the provision for: Millbury Street #237, East side, from a point 60' south of Seymour Street to a point 105' south of Seymour Street, 6am to 5pm PO 1560 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0546959
