CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 45 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE FOR A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE IN FRONT OF 13 SCOTT STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 45 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in the Passenger Zones Schedule, thereof, after the provision for: Schussler Road, West side, from a point 61' north of Highland Street to a point 104' north of Highland Street, "Schussler Rest Home" the following new provision: Scott Street #13, West side, from a point 286' south of Lamartine Street to a point 375' south of Lamartine Street, 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday PO 1561 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0546967
