CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO REMOVE HANDICAP PARKING IN THE VICINITY OF #65 EASTERN AVENUE Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding in Schedule I the provision for: Eastern Avenue #65, East Side side, from a point 228' North of East Shelby Street to a point 248' North of East Shelby Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP or Placard Vehicles" PO 1565 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0547038
