CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #9 NORTH ASHLAND STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: North Ashland Street, West side, from Ormond Street Extension to John Street, "No Parking Anytime" the following new provision: North Ashland Street #9, West side, from a point 68' South of John Street to a point 88' South of John Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles" PO 1564 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0547033
