CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN THE VICINITY OF #4 GAGE STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Fruit Street #48, East Side, from a point 75' South of Dayton Street to a point 95' South of Dayton Street, "No parking Reserved for HP or Placard Vehicles" the following new provision: Gage Street, East side, from a point 95' South of Eastern Avenue to a point 120' South of Eastern Avenue, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles" PO 1568 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0547053
