CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 PROVIDING FOR ALL WAY STOP SIGNS ON DAVENPORT STREET AT DUTTON STREET In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 89, Section 9 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts the following street is designated as the stop street at the intersection and in the direction indicated. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Part I Section 29 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding the following provision in Schedule V: Davenport St. and Dutton St., Faces northbound traffic on Davenport St. the inserting the following two provisions in place thereof: Davenport St. and Dutton St., Faces northbound and southbound traffic on Davenport St. Davenport St. and Dutton St., Faces eastbound and westbound traffic on Dutton St. PO 1571 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0547399
