CITY OF WORCESTER PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council Standing Committee on Public Works has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Levi Lincoln (North) Chamber, 3rd Floor in City Hall to consider the Report of the Planning Board Upon the Communication of the City Manager recommend Discontinuance of a Portion of the Former Foster Street Layout at Washington Square.
