CITY OF WORCESTER PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council Standing Committee on Economic Development has scheduled a meeting for Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Lower Café of Doherty Memorial High School, 299 Highland St., to consider the Report of the Planning Board Upon the Petition of Paul A. Dubrey, Jr., on behalf of Highland Associates of Worcester No. 2 LLC, request the zoning map of the city, as referenced in Article III, Section 2 of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance, be amended by: 1) changing the zoning designation of the portions of 3 Suburban Rd. that are currently within the RS-7 zoning district to the RG-5 zoning district; and 2) changing the zoning designation of 1 Suburban Rd. from its current zoning designation of RS-7 to RG-5 (see attached).
