CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #16 ELIZABETH STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Elizabeth Street #10, West side, from a point 140' North of Earle Street to a point 157' north of Earle Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate Vehicles" the following new provision: Elizabeth Street #16, West side, from a point 15' south of Earle Street to a point 34' south of Earle Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate Vehicles" In City Council August 19, 2025 Passed to be Ordained by a yea and nay vote of Nine Yeas and No Nays.
