CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE 15 MINUTE PARKING ON A PORTION OF WASHINGTON STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding in Schedule I the provision for: Washington Street, East side, from Ash Street to Madison Street, "No Parking Anytime" the inserting the following three new provisions in place thereof: Washington Street, East side, from Ash Street to a point 20' south of Ash Street, "No Parking Anytime" Washington Street, East side, from a point 20' south of Ash Street to a point 125' south of Ash Street, "15 Minutes 8am – 9pm" Washington Street, East side, from a point 125' south of Ash Street to Ash Street, "No Parking Anytime" In City Council August 19, 2025 Passed to be Ordained by a yea and nay vote of Nine Yeas and No Nays.
