CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 40 AND 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE 15 MINUTE PARKING ON A PORTION OF SCHUSSLER ROAD Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: PART I Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Grove Street, Both sides, from Tuller Road to a point 310' north of Tuller Road, "No Parking Anytime" the following new provision: Schussler Road, East side, from Highland Street to a point 80' north of Highland Street, "15 Minutes 7am – 6 pm" PART II Section 40 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by deleting in Schedule XX the provision for: Schussler Road, Both sides, from Highland St to Institute Road the inserting the following two new provisions in place thereof: Schussler Road, East side, from a point 80' north of Highland St to Institute Road Schussler Road, West side, from Highland St to Institute Road In City Council August 19, 2025 Passed to be Ordained by a yea and nay vote of Nine Yeas and No Nays.
