CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III OF THE WORCESTER ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED APRIL 2, 1991 RELATIVE TO EXTENSION OF THE BUSINESS LIMITED-1.0 (BL-1.0) ZONING DISTRICT IN THE VICINITY OF MOUNTAIN STREET EAST AND BURNCOAT STREET. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Article III, Section 2 of the Worcester Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to alter the official Zoning Map by changing the area within the boundaries hereinafter described to be included within the Business, Limited - 1.0 (BL-1.0) Zoning District: Beginning at the Southwestern corner of the property now or formerly owned by TETTEH,DAVID A at the point of intersection with existing boundary line for the property now or formerly owned by RIVAS,MAGALY ODETH CARDONA + REYES,ELENILSON R; Thence Northwesterly 25 feet, more or less, to a point on the centerline of the Burncoat Street Right-of-Way; Thence Northeasterly 137 feet, more or less, along the centerline of the Burncoat Street Right-of-Way to a point on the centerline of the Mountain Street East Right-of-Way, at the intersection with the existing boundary line separating the BL-1.0 and RS-7 zoning districts; Thence Southeasterly 149 feet, more or less, along the existing boundary line separating the BL-1.0 and RS-7 zoning districts to a point on the centerline of the Mountain Street East Right-of-Way; Thence Southwesterly 33 feet, more or less, to a point along the existing boundary line separating the property now or formerly owned by TETTEH,DAVID and the property now or formerly owned by PIGNATARO,MARIA(LIFE ESTATE) + PIGNATARO,SKYLAR + TIANA; Thence Southwesterly 100 feet, more or less, to the southeastern corner of the property now or formerly owned by TETTEH,DAVID along the existing boundary line separating the property now or formerly owned by PIGNATARO,MARIA(LIFE ESTATE) + PIGNATARO,SKYLAR + TIANA; Thence Northwesterly 100.5 feet, more or less, along the existing boundary lines separating the property now or formerly owned TETTEH,DAVID and property now or formerly owned by RIVAS,MAGALY ODETH CARDONA + REYES,ELENILSON R to the point of beginning.
