CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF#58 PROVIDENCE STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding in Schedule I the provisions for: Providence Street, West side, from Harrison Street to a point 50' south of Harrison Street, "No Parking Anytime" Providence Street, West side, from a point 50' south of Harrison Street to a point 90' south of Harrison Street, "30 Minute Parking 6:00am - 9:00pm" And inserting the following three new provisions in place thereof: Providence Street, West side, from Harrison Street to a point 40' south of Harrison Street, "No Parking Anytime" Providence Street #58, West side, from a point 40' south of Harrison Street to a point 60' south of Harrison Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" Providence Street, West side, from a point 107' south of Harrison Street to a point 145' south of Harrison Street, "30 Minute Parking 6:00am - 9:00pm" In City Council February 10, 2026 Passed to be Ordained by a yea and nay vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays.
