CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #15 CAROLINE STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Caroline Street, North side, from a point 210' east of Grafton Street to a point 320' east of Grafton Street, "No Parking Anytime" the following new provision: Caroline Street #15, South side, from a point 35' west of Plantation Street to a point 60' west of Plantation Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" In City Council February 24, 2026 Passed to be Ordained by a yea and nay vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays.
