CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING ACROSS FROM 171 WASHINGTON STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Washington Street, East side, from Madison Street to Lamartine Street, "No Parking Anytime" the following new provision: Washington Street Opposite #171, East side, from a point 265' north of Lafayette Street to a point 290' north of Lafayette Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" In City Council February 24, 2026 Passed to be Ordained by a yea and nay vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays.
