CLAIM NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WARREN COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT E. CORNELL, Deceased. No. 2025-PR-32 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Robert E. Cornell, Alexis, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on September 15, 2025, to Anthony Cornell, Alexis, Illinois, as independent executor, whose attorney is Ronald D. Stombaugh, 1025 East Broadway, Monmouth, Illinois 61462. Every claim filed must be in writing and state sufficient information to notify the representatives of the nature of the claim or other relief sought. Claims must be filed on or before March 24, 2026. Claims may either be filed with the representatives of the Estate or in the office of the Circuit Clerk of this Court, Warren County Courthouse, Monmouth, Illinois, or both. If filed with the Court, the claimant, within 10 days after filing his claim with the Court: (1) Shall cause copies of the claim to be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to their attorney of record unless the representatives or their attorney has, in writing, either con¬sented to the allowance of the claim or waived mailing or delivery of copies. (2) Shall file with the Court proof of any required mailing or delivery of copies. (3) Any claim not filed on or before the above stated date shall be barred.
