CLAIM NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MERCER COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN RE THE ESTATE OF: BARBARA KATHRYN DIXON, Deceased. Case Number 2026-PR-5 Notice is given of the death of Barbara Kathryn Dixon. Letters of Office were issued on the 17th day of February, 2026 to Diane I. Unsworth, 2571 75th Ave., Viola, Illinois 61486 and Daniel R. Bergen, 1441 55th Ave., Seaton, Illinois 61476 as Independent Co-Executors and whose attorney is listed below. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, Probate Division, Mercer County Courthouse, 100 SE 3rd St., Aledo, Illinois 61231 or with the representative, or both, within 6 months from the date of issuance of Letters and any claim not filed on or before the 26th day of August, 2026 is barred.
