CLAIM NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MERCER COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN RE THE ESTATE OF: JOY YVONNE NORTON, Deceased. CASE NO. 2026-PR-26 Notice is given of the death of Joy Yvonne Norton. Letters of Office were issued on the 20th day of May, 2026 to Nicholas Norton, 1303 US Highway 67, Sherrard, Illinois 61281 as Independent Executor and whose attorney is listed below. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, Probate Division, Mercer County Courthouse, 100 SE 3rd St., Aledo, Illinois 61231 or with the representative, or both, within 6 months from the date of issuance of Letters and any claim not filed on or before the 4th day of December, 2026 is barred.
