CLAIM NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, MERCER COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN RE THE ESTATE OF: TIMOTHY IMLER, Deceased. CASE NO. 2026-PR-31 Notice is given of the death of Timothy Imler. Letters of Office were issued on the 2nd day of July, 2026 to Brian Imler, 408 4th St., New Boston, Illinois 61272 as Independent Executor and whose attorney is listed below. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, Probate Division, Mercer County Courthouse, 100 SE 3rd St., Aledo, Illinois 61231 or with the representative, or both, within 6 months from the date of issuance of Letters and any claim not filed on or before the 19th day of January, 2027 is barred.
