CLINTON PLANNING BOARD LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 9, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, Massachusetts, in the Chamber Room, to hear the petition by Creative Asset Management, LLC for a Special Permit pursuant to Sections 3100, 3130 and 9300 of the Clinton Zoning By-Laws for "A single-family dwelling" at a to be created ANR Lot at 103 Brooks Street, Clinton, as further identified on Assessors Map 81, Parcel 142. The petitioner requests the grant of a special permit to allow for a single-family dwelling in the Industrial Zone. As a party in interest, you are invited to attend and participate in the discussion thereon. A copy of the plans and proposal may be viewed in the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
