CLINTON PLANNING BOARD LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 9, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, Massachusetts, in the Chamber Room, to hear the petition by Creative Asset Management, LLC for a Special Permit pursuant to Sections 3100, 3130 and 9300 of the Clinton Zoning By-Laws for "A single-family dwelling" at a to be created ANR Lot at 103 Brooks Street, Clinton, as further identified on Assessors Map 81, Parcel 142. The petitioner requests the grant of a special permit to allow for a single-family dwelling in the Industrial Zone. As a party in interest, you are invited to attend and participate in the discussion thereon. A copy of the plans and proposal may be viewed in the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours. Any person wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the place and time designated. Comments can be sent to the Clinton Planning Board, 242 Church Street, Clinton, MA 01510 prior to date and time of the Public Hearing.
