CLYDE TWP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Clyde Township will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., at the Clyde Township Hall, 3350 Vincent Road, North Street, MI 48049, to consider the following Special Condition Use request: CASE NO: 2026-001 APPLICANT: Diana Hubble PROPERTY ADDRESS: 7280 Bryce Road, Clyde, MI 48049 TAX PARCEL NO: 74-15-019-3014-000 PROPSED USE: The applicant is requesting a Special Condition Use permit to allow operating a Group Child Care Home, consisting of 7-12 unrelated children, in their private residence located in the Residential Suburban Farms (RSF) Zoning District. All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing and be heard regarding this request.
