NOTICE is hereby given that Mike Caruso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, will on January 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
