NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FISCAL YEAR APRIL 1, 2026 - MARCH 31, 2027
The Colon Township Library Board will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Colon Township Library, 128 South Blackstone Avenue, Colon, MI 49040. THE PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE PROPOSED TO BE LEVIED TO SUPPORT THE PURPOSED BUDGET WILL BE A SUBJECT OF THIS HEARING. Immediately following the public hearing, the Library Board will hold its regular board meeting.
A copy of the Appropriations Act is available for public inspection at the Colon Township Library, during normal library hours. This notice is posted in complifance with PA267 of 1976 as Amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
