COLTS NECK VARIANCE APPLICATION
I am writing to inform you that I am the owner of the property located at 2 Phalanx Road, Block 32, Lot 1, Colts Neck, NJ, which is adjacent to your property. I am applying to the Colts Neck Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance related to the construction of a second-story addition to the existing single-family dwelling on the property.
The project requires the following variances under Section 102-86f3a:
Front setback: Proposed 127' where 200' is required (127' currently exists). Side setback: Proposed 14.5' where 200' is required (14.5' currently exists).
The public hearing for this variance is scheduled for December 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the second-floor courtroom located at 1 Veterans Way, Colts Neck, NJ. All plans, maps and papers regarding this appeal are on file in the Planning Department and are available for inspection.
