Case No. PB-26-76 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE TO: All Creditors and Other Persons Interested in the Estate of WANDA GAYE GOODMAN, Deceased YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 29th day of June, 2026, DEBBIE BARNES and MARK GOODMAN filed in the District Court of Osage County, a Petition for Summary Administration of Estate and for Instanter Appointment of Special Administrator of Estate. The Petitioners, DEBBIE BARNES, 3608 Redbud Dr., Sand Springs, OK 74063, and MARK GOODMAN, 421 Toothman Dr., Prue, OK 74060, allege: (a) that WANDA GAYE GOODMAN, 420 Terrace Dr., Prue, OK 74060, died intestate on April 22, 2026, age 84, domiciled and residing in Osage County, Oklahoma; and, (b) that the total value of Decedent WANDA GAYE GOODMAN's property in Oklahoma was approximately $55,000 to $65,000. The names and residences of all heirs of said decedent are as follows: HEIRS Mark Goodman Son 421 Toothman Dr., Prue, OK 74060 Debbie Barnes Daughter 3608 Redbud Dr., Sand Springs, OK 74063 In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, for Distribution and Discharge. Pursuant to the Order For Combined Notice, all Creditors having claims against either WANDA GAYE GOODMAN or her Estate are required to present their written Creditor's Claim, with a description of the nature and source of the claim, as well as all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each Creditor with respect to any claims against Decedent, to DEBBIE BARNES and MARK GOODMAN, Special Administrators of the Estate of WANDA GAYE GOODMAN, c/o Monica L. Maple, MAPLE LAW, 1350 S. Boulder Ave., Suite 800, Tulsa, OK 74119; by or before the following presentment date deadline of 7/29/26 or the same will be forever barred. NOTICE is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 24 day of August, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. at the District Court of Osage County Courthouse, Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Courtroom of Tate . At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and for Distribution and Discharge of Petitioner. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Probate of Will, For Summary Administration, and for Instanter Appointment of Special Administrator of Estate and the Final Accounts and Petition for Determination of Heirs and for Distribution and Discharge at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner's attorney: Monica L.
