Jay R. Nunes and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq) Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2021-SJ1, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in New Bedford, numbered 180 Rochambeau Street, given by Jay R. Nunes to Sovereign Bank, dated March 29, 2008, and recorded at Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 9008, Page 154, as affected by a Home Loan Modification Agreement dated November 1, 2016 and recorded in Book 11923, Page 278, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before December 1, 2025 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
