Silva and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq) Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in Fall River, numbered 5045 North Main Street Unit 2, Assonet Bay Townhouses Condominium, given by Lorraine S. Silva to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Wells Fargo Bank, NA, dated February 28, 2007, and recorded at Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds in Book 6582, Page 237, as affected by a Mortgage Modification Agreement, dated January 31, 2020 and recorded in Book 10019, Page 195, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
