Ferri, as Personal Representative and Kristina Ferri, as Heir and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq) Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in Fall River, numbered 5455 N Main Street Unit 17A, given by Paul A. Ferri and Moira J. Dobson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as Mortgagee, as Nominee for Fleet National Bank, its successors and assigns, dated August 19, 2002, and recorded at Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds in Book 4477, Page 296, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before January 26, 2026 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
