Williams and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq) U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2021-R5, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2021-R5 claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in Framingham, numbered 22 Chestnut Street Unit 1, 22-24 Chestnut Street Condominium,, given by Wendy L. Williams and Jeffrey P. Williams to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as Mortgagee, as Nominee for People's Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, dated May 27, 2005, and registered at Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1375145, and noted on Certificate of Title No. U17425, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before July 13, 2026 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
