To Allison Wood of Swansea, MA., Landdepot.com, LLC of Foothill Ranch, CA, Sunnova SLA Management, LLC of Houston, TX, and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Michael S. Pessoa of Fall River in the County of Bristol representing that they hold as Joint Tenants, an undivided share of certain land lying in Swansea, in said County, and briefly described as follows:
The Land in Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Parcel 2 as shown on a plan entitled "Definitive Plan of Touisset Woods in Swansea, Massachusetts prepared for Touisset Development Corp.", dated November 2, 2015, revised through May 18, 2016, prepared by Prime Engineering, which plan is recorded in the Bristol County, Fall River District, Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 160, Pages 14-17.
Said premises are conveyed with the right to use all streets and ways shown on the Plan, in common with all others entitled to so use the same, in the same manner as the public may use public streets and ways in the Town of Swansea. Grantor expressly reserves its ownership rights in the fee in Windward Way as shown on the Plan.
Subject to a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants dated October 6, 2017 and recorded with the Bristol County, Fall River District, Registry of Deeds in Book 9353, Page 287, as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Restrictive Covenants dated February 14, 2018 and recorded with the Bristol County, Fall River District, Registry of Deeds in Book 9446, Page 146.
Subject to a Declaration of Trust Establishing the Touisset Woods Homeowners Association Trust dated October 6, 2017 and recorded with the Bristol County, Fall River District, Registry of Deeds in Book 9353, Page 294.

setting forth that he desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Seven Hundred Thousand ($700,000.00) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the twenty-fourth day of April, 2026, the return day of this Citation.
