To: Jamese M. Crossen of Falmouth, MA; and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Kimberlee A. DeWall of Falmouth, MA, representing that she holds as joint tenants an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Falmouth in said County of Barnstable, and briefly described as follows which she wishes to hold in severalty:
The land with the buildings thereon situated in Falmouth, Barnstable County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, being bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHERLY: by the northerly line of Salt Pond Road, one hundred (100) feet;
WESTERLY: by lot No. B-14, eighty-two and 90/100 (82.90) feet;
NORTHERLY: by Lot C (Plan 48-C), one hundred and 04/100 (100.04) feet, and
EASTERLY: by Lot B-12, eighty-five and 75/100 (85.75) feet.
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located as shown on subdivision plan 48-H dated October 4, 1949, drawn by Charles A. White, C.E. and filed with the Land Registration Office at Boston, a copy of which is filed with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Land Registration Book 75, Page 28 with Certificate of Title No. 11088, and said land is shown thereon as LOT B-13.
setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than One Million Dollars, ($1,000,000.00), and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Barnstable before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the 11th day of November 2025, the return day of this citation.
