PETITION FOR PARTITION
To Dion C. Dugan of Vineyard Haven, MA, Heirs of Dennis William Dugan, late of Richfield Springs, NY and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Diane D. Bronsdon, of Chatham, MA, representing that she holds as tenants in common undivided part or share of certain land lying in Brewster in said County, and briefly described as follows:
A certain parcel of pasture land and cranberry swamp land, situate in that
part of the town of Brewster called North Brewster, and is bounded and
described as follows, To Wit: Bounded on the South by land now or formerly
of Issacher Berry, on the West by land of the heirs of Freeman Winslow, and
on the North and East by the public road, the above described premises
containing an Area of Fifteen Acres, be the same more or less.
setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for no less than
One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said
Court at Barnstable before ten o'clock in the forenoon on August 12, 2026, the return day of this citation.
