It is strongly recommended that all prospective bidders attend the Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. All prospective bidders will meet in the Raritan Valley Community College Event Center, Room ATCC-102. Please note that the deadline for submitting all questions for this project is Monday, April 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon). All questions must be submitted in writing to Michael DePinto via email at Michael.DePinto@raritanval.edu. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the County College Contracts Laws, N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5, governing bidding requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination", N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et. seq., and P.L. 2022, c. 3. Bidders are also required to comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, "Statement of Ownership Disclosure"; the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et. seq.); the New Jersey Business Registration of Public Contractors provisions (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) and all amendments thereto. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities in the bidding in accordance with the law. The College further reserves the right to select any combination of bids or to award the contract in part or in whole if deemed to be in the best interest of the College to do so. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the College.
