CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The City of Fort Collins ("City") Draft PY2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be available for public review November 17 through December 5, 2025. A Public Hearing for the draft CAPER will be held December 2, 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the Old Town Public Library, 201 Peterson St, Fort Collins, CO 80524, with a remote option available. The CAPER is a review of the progress the City of Fort Collins has made in carrying out its Five-Year Consolidated Plan and its Annual Action Plan. The City produces these documents as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) because the City is a recipient of federal HUD funds. The CAPER includes a description of the resources made available, the investment of available resources, the geographic distribution and location of investments, the families and persons assisted (including racial and ethnic status of persons assisted), actions taken to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing, and other actions indicated in the Strategic Plan and the Annual Action Plan. The draft document will be available for review on the City's website at www.fcgov.com/socialsustainability. Written comments on the CAPER may be submitted to the City of Fort Collins, Housing & Community Vitality Department, 222 Laporte Ave, PO Box 580, 80521 by no later than December 5, 2025.
