CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES - CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM 2026 Sealed Bids for the CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES-CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM 2026 Delivered to Water & Sewer Division Building located in the City of Ithaca, New York will be received,(submitted electronic document by email or paper copy delivered on person or by mail) until May 21, 2025 at 2:00PM and then publicly opened and read aloud on W&S Conference Room located on the first floor of the building. The proposed project is to provide Testing and Inspection Services for the identified projects included on the Contract Documents- Schedule A. All construction work is within City of Ithaca right of way. This project is a Not to Exceed Contract. BJDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON A SEALED ENVELOPE EITHER BY: I. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder.
