
CONTRACTED SERVICES (STREAM RESTORATION)
TROUT UNLIMITED – DOC FRITCHEY CHAPTER
Sealed proposals will be received by Trout Unlimited – Doc Fritchey Chapter ("Owner") until 12:00 pm and opened at 12:05 pm on November 17, 2025, at the office of the Owner, for construction services for the Hammer Creek Estates Stream Restoration Project, located in South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
The project involves stream and floodplain restoration, including earthwork, installation of in-stream rock structures, planting, erosion and sediment control measures, and related site work as specified in the bid documents. Work includes all necessary site preparation, mobilization, and implementation of erosion and sediment controls to complete the project as designed. Attention is called to the fact that PA State Prevailing Wages, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid on this project. Funding for this project is provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC).
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2025, at 10:00 am at the project site. Attendance is required for any firm intending to submit a bid. Contractors must sign in at the meeting to verify attendance. Bids will not be accepted from firms that do not attend this meeting.

Bid Submission:
All bids must be sealed, plainly marked "Hammer Creek Estates Stream Restoration Project," and delivered to Trout Unlimited – Doc Fritchey Chapter, Attn: Russ Collins, PO Box 227, Palmyra, PA 17078, or submitted electronically to russ@dftu.org before the hour stated above.
The Trout Unlimited – Doc Fritchey Chapter reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner.
