YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Plaintiff Elmer Ramos, by and through his counsel whose address is Law Offices of Charles M. Izzo, 116 N. 2nd Street, Camden, NJ 08102, an Answer to the First Amended Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which Elmer Ramos is the plaintiff and RAMONA OCASIO, et al. are defendants, pending int the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County and bearing Docket No. F-1797-24 within thirty-five (35) days after exclusive of such date. If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex - CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.

THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 95-956, sold on 06/12/1995, and was recorded in Book 4427, Page 806, made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 40 BLOCK 964 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 2716 Sherman Ave., CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY.
YOU, RAMONA OCASIO and LYDIA OCASIO, are made party defendants to the above foreclosure action because you are the owners of record owner for the property subject of the First Amended Complaint and, therefore, named herein as defendants to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
YOU, MR./MRS. RAMONA OCASIO, AS THE UNKNOWN/FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF RAMONA OCASIO, is made a defendant to the above foreclosure action as the unknown fictitious spouse of Ramona Ocasio, the latter being owner of record for the property subject of the First Amended Complaint, and to foreclose upon any interest in the subject property.
YOU, MR./MRS. LYDIA OCASIO, AS THE UNKNOWN/FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF LYDIA OCASIO, is made a defendant to the above foreclosure action as the unknown fictitious spouse of Lydia Ocasio, the latter being owner of record for the property subject of the First Amended Complaint, and to foreclose upon any interest in the subject property.
YOU, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS OF RAMONA OCASIO, are made defendants to the above foreclosure action as the unknown heirs, successors, and assigns to Ramona Ocasio, the latter being owner of record for the property subject of the First Amended Complaint, and to foreclose upon any interest in the subject property.
