YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Plaintiff Pablo M. Rivas, by and through his counsel whose address is Law Offices of Charles M. Izzo, 116 N. 2nd Street, Camden, NJ 08102, an Answer to the First Amended Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which Pablo M. Rivas is the plaintiff and Tomica Sherrell Morales, et al. are defendants, pending int the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County and bearing Docket No. F-10948-24 within forty-five (45) days after exclusive of such date. If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex - CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.

THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 001909, sold on 04/17/2000, and was recorded in Book 5378, Page 0713, made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 141 BLOCK 1254 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 590 Pfeiffer St., CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY.
YOU, ANNA M. TURNER a/k/a ANNA MARIE TURNER, are made a party defendant in the above foreclosure action because you are the owner of record owner for the property subject of the First Amended Complaint and, therefore, named as a defendant to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
