Chesapeake Road, Camden, NJ 08104, et al. are defendants, which remains pending int the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County and bearing Docket No. F-008355-24. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax certificate number 02043, that was sold on 03/25/2002, and recorded on 07/26/2002 in Book 5956, Page 551, made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff by assignment recorded at Book 12257, Page 1082. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 1 BLOCK 708 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 1452 N. Chesapeake Road, CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY. Within forty-five (45) days from publication of this notice, Plaintiff will proceed with filing an application for Final Judgment in the above referenced In Rem Tax Foreclosure. Final Judgment, once recorded, will vest title in Plaintiff or its assigns. We cannot calculate a redemption amount, nor can we collect any redemption money. That is handled by the Tax Office.
