Izzo, 116 N. 2nd Street, Camden, NJ 08102, caused an Amended Complaint to be filed in a Civil Action, in which Javan Rankines is the plaintiff, and Block 799, Lot 40, 946 Vine Street, Camden, NJ 08102, et al. are defendants, which remains pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County and bearing Docket No. F-001337-24. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax certificate number 91-741, that was sold on 08/14/1991, and recorded on 03/17/1995 in Book 4339, Page 474, made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff by assignment recorded at Book 12315 at Page 53. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 40 BLOCK 799 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 946 Vine Street, CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY. Within forty-five (45) days from publication of this notice, Plaintiff will proceed with filing an application for Final Judgment in the above referenced In Rem Tax Foreclosure. Final Judgment, once recorded, will vest title in Plaintiff or its assigns. We cannot calculate a redemption amount, nor can we collect any redemption money. That is handled by the Tax Office.
