HUNTER, et al. are defendants, pending int the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County and bearing Docket No. F-010210-25 within thirty-five (35) days after exclusive of such date. If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex - CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.

THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 11-01000, recorded on 07/1/2011in Book 9437 at Page 153 made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff byassignment recorded in Book 12543, page 62 This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 36 BLOCK 545 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 1940 S. 7th Street. CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY.
YOU, INEZ P. HUNTER; SYDNEE J. JONES; and are made a party defendant to the above foreclosure action because you are the owner of a property which is the subject of the above-entitled action, according to the records maintained by the Office of the Clerk for Camden County.
YOU, Mr./Mrs. a/k/a INEZ P. HUNTER; SYDNEE J. JONES; and are made a party defendant as the unknown spouse of Carmen M. Torres, and to foreclose upon said person's interest in the subject property.
YOU, unknown heirs, successors and assigns to INEZ P. HUNTER; SYDNEE J. JONES; /k/a are named herein as defendants to foreclose upon any interest in the subject property claimed by said persons.
YOU, The United States of America, by and through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, is named a Defendant to this action for an outstanding mortgage encumbrance of record recorded 05/12/1971 in the Camden County Clerk's Office in Mortgage Book 2037, Page 354.
