If you fail toanswer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 15-02573 recorded on 07/20/2015 at Book 10227, Page 270, made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff by assignment recorded on 03/12/2023 in Book 12309, Page 308. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 87, BLOCK 1291 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 1269 Kenwood Ave.
YOU, Milike N. Winthers are made defendants to the above foreclosure action because you are the owners of a property which is the subject of the above-entitled action, according to the records maintained by the Office of the Clerk for Camden County.
YOU, Medallion Business Credit, LLC, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action as the last assignee of record for a mortgage recorded 06/21/2001 by the Office of the Clerk for Camden County in Mortgage Book 5548, Page 199, with said assignment being recorded on 06/21/2001 in Assignment Book 986, Page 527, and encumbering the property subject of the above foreclosure action.
YOU, Stratford Capital Corp., are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action as the purported holder of rents against the subject premises, by instrument recorded on 06/21/2001 in Mortgage Book 5548, Page 205.
YOU, Government Security Co., are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action as holder of Tax Sale Certificate No. 00745, the latter of which is dated 12/12/1968, recorded by the Office of the Clerk for Camden County on 03/12/1969 in Mortgage Book 1961, Page 33, and affecting title to the subject property.
YOU, State of New Jersey, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action as judge creditor for a judgment entered against Milike N. Winthers in the Superior Court of New Jersey for $510.00, plus cost, and assigned judgment number DJ-128317-2014.
