THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 94-368 recorded on 09/08/1994 in Book 4259 at Page 311 made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff by assignment recorded in Book 12306, page 135. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 47 BLOCK 290 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 561 Pine Street. YOU, Vincente Rodriguez and Delfina Rodriguez, are named defendants to the above foreclosure action, as owners of record for the real property subject of said proceeding. YOU, unknown heirs, successors, executors, administrators or devises and assigns to Vincente Rodrigues and Delfina Rodriguez are named herein as defendants to foreclose upon any interest in the subject property claimed by said persons.
