Izzo, 116 N. 2nd Street, Camden, NJ 08102, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which MARIA E. PEREZ is the plaintiff and Florence Johnson, et al. are the defendants et.al bearing Docket No. F-000920-26 within thirty five (35) days after exclusive of such date. If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 91-228 recorded on 03/15/1995 at Book 4337 at Page 0482 made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff by assignment recorded on 03/09/2023 in Book Page 12306 This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 48 BLOCK 290 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 559 Pine Street.
YOU, Florence Johnson are made a party defendant to the above foreclosure action because you are the owner of a property which is the subject of the above-entitled action, according to the records maintained by the Office of the Clerk for Camden County.
YOU, Mr./Mrs. Florence Johnson are named herein as a defendant as the unknown spouse of Florence Johnson, and to foreclose upon said person's interest in the subject of property.
YOU, the unknown heirs, successors and assigns to Florence Johnson are named herein as defendants to foreclose upon any interest in the subject property claimed by said persons.
YOU, Mutual Home Dealers Corp. are named herein as defendants as the last assignee of record for a mortgage dated 06/11/1971 and recorded in Book 2047, Page 751, by assignment dated 07/26/1971 and recorded 08/01/1971, in Assignment Book 401, Page 1067.
YOU, Consumers Improvement Service, Inc. is named herein as defendant as holder for a mortgage dated 07/17/1974 and recorded 07/19/1974, in Mortgage Book 2186, Page 111.
YOU, The City of Camden is named herein as a defendant for a lis pendens dated 10/25/2012 and recorded 11/02/2012 in Book 9690, Page 1765.
