PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff has commenced an action to foreclose the right of redemption arising from Tax Sale Certificate(s) No. 09-03010 and 11-03529 affecting the above-referenced property.
NOTICE OF SURPLUS EQUITY RIGHTS
YOU MAY HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO ANY SURPLUS EQUITY IN THE PROPERTY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND THAT THE PROPERTY BE SOLD THROUGH A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE IN THE MANNER OF A MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE, OR THROUGH AN INTERNET AUCTION CONDUCTED BY THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY SHERIFF.
YOU SHALL HAVE THIS RIGHT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE FINAL JUDGMENT IS ENTERED IN THIS ACTION. TO PRESERVE THIS RIGHT, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION, IN WRITING, OF YOUR DEMAND FOR A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE BEFORE FINAL JUDGMENT IS ENTERED.

A FINAL JUDGMENT HEARING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED BEFORE THE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CAMDEN COUNTY HALL OF JUSTICE, CHANCERY DIVISION, 101 SOUTH 5TH STREET, CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY 08103, ON JULY 2, 2026, OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS COUNSEL MAY BE HEARD.
ANY PERSON SEEKING TO ASSERT RIGHTS TO SURPLUS EQUITY OR REQUEST A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE SHOULD FILE A WRITTEN DEMAND WITH THE COURT AND SERVE A COPY UPON PLAINTIFF'S COUNSEL PRIOR TO THE ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT.
