COUNTY OF HILLSDALE PUBLIC NOTICE An action seeking title of the real estate located at 185 E. Carleton Road, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242, has been filed in the Hillsdale County Circuit Court, Case No. 26- 219 CH. This action has been commenced by the Plaintiff, C& P Quincy Investments, LLC, against Defendants Theron Dean Lickley Sr. and Brandy L. Barnett, to quiet title of the real estate after a property tax foreclosure sale. The Defendant, Brandy L. Barnett, must answer or take such other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication and/or posting.
