COUNTY OF HUNTERDON HUNTERDON COUNTY AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; In compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Hunterdon County Agriculture Development Board; PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the Hunterdon County Complex, Building #1, 314 Route 12, Flemington, New Jersey, the Hunterdon County Agriculture Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person. The premises subject to the public hearing is identified as Block 80, Lot 13.01, on the Raritan Township, Hunterdon County, Tax Map located at 269 Reaville Rd Flemington in the Township of Raritan, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, in the Raritan Township 3B - Farm (Qualified) AR-2 Agricultural Residential District. Applicant has filed a Request for Site Specific Agricultural Management Practice Application pursuant to the New Jersey Right to Farm Act, N.J.S.A. 2:76-2, et seq., request for waivers from municipal stormwater requirements in excess of state minimums for a new barn, that are are permitted agricultural activities under the New Jersey Right to Farm Act as an Agricultural Management Practice pursuant to N.J.A.C. 2:76-2A.7 or, in the alternative, are permitted under the New Jersey Right to Farm Act as a Site-Specific Agricultural Management Practice pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2:76-2.1. At the time of public hearing on its application, Applicant reserves the right to amend its application for any other relief as may be required or that may be identified during the Hunterdon County Agriculture Development Board's review and consideration of the application. A copy of said application and documents are on file in the Hunterdon County Agricultural Development Board offices located at the County Complex, Building #1, Route 12, Flemington, New Jersey, for all interested parties to review during the Board's normal business hours prior to said hearing.
